AREA 1: Main body of show/trade area (Club must put on a full display*)
Includes - 12m free – 2 on site vehicle passes – 10 bike passes – 12 weekend camping wristbands.
(Additional metres can be purchased: £25 per m for May show. £15 per metre for Kelso/Tailend) Additional weekend camping wristbands can be purchased at £12 (max 20)
AREA 2: Anywhere within Club Village area (NOT Trade Area) *Club must put on ful display
Includes - 20m plot free – 2 on site vehicle passes – 10 bike passes – 12 weekend camping wristbands Additional wristbands can be purchased at £12 (max 20)
AREA 3: Rally Club Camping – Separate area from trade/club village used for non-displaying clubs. (This area only applies to the may and tailend shows)
Includes - Up to 20m plot free. – 2 on site vehicle passes – 8 on site bike passes and 8 weekend camping wristbands. Additional weekend camping wristbands can be purchased at just £20 (max 20)
*Full display refers to include a selection of members bikes. Details and display board of club activities and where possible club joining information. Stand must be manned at all times from point of show opening.
